No, massage and body work is performed through loose soft clothing, please dress appropriately.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
A treatment session duration varies. The first consultation of up to 45mins and will require some medical history to establish an understanding of you and any conditions you may have. Follow up treatments are 30mins.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION?
No, if you have an acute injury (last 3 days) and just need it treated, it is possible to treat the local trauma without needing to know more.
